Event Description

Adult beginner level ballet technique with Vannessa Lake. Live piano accompaniment by Una Stroda

This class is for any dancer with a solid basic understanding of ballet technique and/or who has successfully completed Adult Ballet Foundations. The class continues to cover the fundamentals of ballet technique but utilizes more combinations that allow students to focus on perfecting and expanding their practice.

Take the class in-person with a mask in our Studio IV (cap of 18 dancers), or take it virtually through MindBody Online Livestream.

Registration closes 1 hour in advance of in-person classes and 15 minutes in advance of virtual classes. For virtual classes - after your purchase and registration are complete, you will receive login credentials via email 15 minutes prior to your class start time.

Adult Basic Ballet/Foundations with Vannessa Lake is available on Tuesdays, from 7:00 – 8:30pm.

A slightly more advanced Beginner/Intermediate Ballet with Vannessa Lake is available on Thursdays, from 6:00 – 7:30pm and Saturdays, from 9:30 – 11:00am.
