Delight in dance history with our upcoming History of Dance lecture mini-series by Randy Newsom. Fridays, September 9, September 23, and October 7 from 9:30am – 10:30am.

Not your ordinary academic lecture!

The History of Dance mini-series moves chronologically through the history of ballet and modern dance, complete with video examples and plenty of entertaining anecdotes. Covering 450+ years of Dance History in just 3 hours, it is meant to enthuse and inspire dancers and dance enthusiasts, young and old alike, to further delve into the world of dance history. Lectures will be attended by the Ruth Page Civic Ballet Training Company, but are also open to the public.

These sessions may be attended as a single lecture for $12, or buy all 3 for $30!
