For those who have a strong grasp of rudimentary vocabulary. Dancers should feel somewhat centered in their bodies and unafraid to make noise with their feet! Class will begin relying heavily on call and response. Though verbal breakdown is always an option (especially with more complex steps), students will try to piece together longer sequences simply by talking with thier feet. This will emphasize the development of musicality and sequence retention. Additionally, class may explore improvisation on occasion.
