Consists of 90 minutes of core strengthening, floor stretches, standing center barre, isolations, progressions, and placement. The class entails 45 minutes of floor work. There are two levels of this class one should be able to master the first level before moving to the second. A certification is also available for teachers of the Joel Hall Jazz Dance Method. Breathing Floor Barre is considered a core technique for dancers studying the Joel Hall Jazz Method.
