Overview
Echo Modern Dance Collective is a non-profit dance community dedicated to collaborative expression. We offer opportunities to choreograph and perform, where every member of the community is invited to contribute and co-create.
The collective offers a community for dancers pursuing careers other than professional dance to train, choreograph, and perform. We are audition based and meet weekly in anticipation of annual showcases and guest performances.
Because the group functions as a nonprofit, funds come from affordable membership fees, fundraising, and showcase ticket revenue. This covers rehearsal space, theatre booking, and photography/videography.
